Yes, we handle everything! Before your party we will coordinate drop off and pickup times. Day of we drop off, set up, clean and inspect the unit for safety, and come back to take it all down when your party is over.

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to hold your date. It’s fully refundable up to two weeks before the event.
Within two weeks, the deposit becomes non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking.
The standard rental is 12 hours. Multi-day rentals are available at discounted rates. Extensions must be approved in advance in case the unit is already booked elsewhere.
Every unit’s dimensions are listed on its product page. If you’re unsure whether something will fit, we offer free on site visits. Just call to schedule!
Each unit also requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit, so make sure your outdoor outlets are working before delivery. Multiple inflatables need a separate circuit each.
Grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, gravel, and indoor hard floors. We provide a tarp to protect the unit and a soft mat for safety and comfort on harder surfaces.
Yes! Every unit is vacuumed, sprayed with non-toxic disinfectant, and wiped down after each rental, then inspected again at delivery.
We deliver rain or shine! Rain doesn’t damage inflatables, though it can create slippery conditions. We reserve the right to cancel in severe weather (high winds, lightning, etc.).
If you choose to postpone, we’ll issue a rain check to rebook the same unit at no additional cost.
Keep larger and smaller participants separated and supervise children closely.
At wind speeds above 20 mph, deflate the unit and keep everyone off it. If the inflatable deflates, goes soft, or comes unanchored at any point, get everyone off immediately and call us. We’ll walk you through next steps.
Yes! We recommend a water source within 50 feet for the best pressure.
